Bayview Terrace

One Bedroom Apartment Sleeps 2 Adults & 2 Children.

Bayview Terrace is a one bedroom duplex apartment that can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children.
This can be offered with B&B (20 metre walk outside to dining room door) or self-catering, depending upon availability.

The children would sleep on day beds in the lounge or would suit one elderly relative subject to mobility.

Located in the Georgian Wing of this former Gentleman's Residence, the apartment has panoramic sea views over Lynmouth Bay and to Countisbury Hill beyond.

From a private terrace, access leads into the kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. This is fitted with electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine.

The Lounge - Three steps lead down from the kitchen into a spacious lounge. The lounge has seating for 4 people. There is also a Georgian style "day" bed, that can offer additional beds for 2 children. Patio doors lead onto a further private terrace, with the same panoramic views over the bay. Patio furniture is supplied.

When CS Lewis visited here in August 1925 he said ...
"The views from the Balcony were beyond everything I have seen"

Wet Room - adjacent to the lounge is a wet room, for convenient use by guests with mobility restrictions. Fitted with shower, WC & washbasin.
